Agreement
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel any order as long as it has not been packed and dispatched.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods. please simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods and complete your return within 30 days of first being notified. We will be happy to offer you a replacement (stock dependent) or a refund after the item/s arrive back, based upon the original payment method.
Please make sure all the item/s returned are complete, in re-salable condition, unused and with all packaging seals intact.

Returns on orders qualified for free shipping:
If a returned order had free shipping applied, and after the requested refund, would no longer qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Unfortunately we have no way to reclaim these costs.
